The second would operate as a private wholesale portal, accessible only to approved stockists and carefully protected from public view. This wasn't a standard eCommerce project. It required strategy, discretion and an understanding of the luxury customer journey.

One of the largest components of this project involved rebuilding the product catalogue. Over one thousand products were reviewed, redesigned and professionally uploaded. Rather than simply importing product information, we focused on creating consistency across imagery, descriptions and presentation. The result was a catalogue that felt organised, premium and enjoyable to browse. Every product became part of a larger brand experience instead of existing as an isolated listing.
